This sale is for a 1996 Dept. 56 Heritage Collection Dickens Village Series. \"Mulberrie Court Brownstone .\" It measures approx. 8 1/2 inches high x 12 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. The triple light cord is included. The 7 little sisal trees for display on the ledges are also included. It has been displayed and was well cared for. It will stand out in your Dickens village display. It was purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and it has been stored in a smoke free home. The sleeve has wear from age and storage.
