This sale is for a 1998 Dept. 56 Literary Classic Series #56.58310 \"Great Expectations Satis Manor .\" The building measure approx. 9 inches tall x 9 1/2 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. It is excellent condition. It was well cared for. I have found no chips or cracks. The light cord is included. The detail is great. Mrs. Haversham, Estella & Pip are included. They measure approx. 2 1/2 inches high. A copy of the classic novel Great Expectations is also included. The book is in good clean condition. Please check out the pictures! The paper box does have some wear on the edges and has been taped by the opening. It has been stored in a smoke free home. Shipping cost on this item varies by your zip code location. PLEASE check the shipping calculator as this will need to be shipped in an oversize box. An over size box can get expensive to ship depending where it will be going especially Texas, California etc. . I have found that shipping with UPS ground is affordable, but you need a regular street address not a P.O. box. Feel free to email me with any questions.
