* Inner curve 2\", Outer curve 3 1/2\", Height 1 1/4-1/2\"*** ALL Department 56 buildings and accessories FRAGILE. Many buildings have one or more areas of increased fragility, such as signs, lamps, spires, balconies, etc. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building or accessory.
** We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, North Pole, Disney Parks Village series and other Dept 56 villages from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection. In order to list as many pieces as quickly as possible, we may just show the box/sleeve in the photos. We absolutely promise that all buildings and accessories list are in perfect, working condition with all separate attachments included. For serious buyers, we are more than happy to take pictures of the individual items prior to shipment at the buyer\'s direction.
USE & CONDITION

Dealerdisplay shown to potential customers in a glass-enclosed cabinet. Nohandling allowed. Then stored in a climate-controlled, smoke-freestockroom. Box and sleeve with expected shelf wear given the age of thisitem.

Any noted chips, cracks, missing items, or deficits of ANY type will bedisclosed here: NONE IDENTIFIED.

** We use a \"ring\"lamp to photograph many of our items. We also use a lot of Styrofoam inour shipping process. If any presumed defects are noted in the photos ofany of our pieces, they are likely from the light\'s reflection or a stray smallflake of Styrofoam that was not noticed during the photo session. The vast majorityof our long-time, serious collectors and former retailers prefer NOT to includethis option in their listings.They feel this lessens the value ofthese very popular collectibles.They attempt to price their listingsclose to the current, fair, market price and prefer not to be contacted severaltimes for each piece they list with us discussing discounts in a ?garage sale?type of interaction.
