This sale is for a 2005 Christmas In The City #56.59249 "Woolworth's ." The building measures approx. 10 inches high x 5 1/2 inches long x 4 1/2 inches wide. It is in very good displayed condition. It was well cared for. Check out the front window to see the 3-D interior scene of the boy at the counter having lunch. The building comes with it's light cord. I have found no chips or cracks. It was purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and it has been stored in a smoke free home. Please check out the pictures and feel free to e-mail me with any questions.
