This sale is for a 1997 Dept. 56 Snow Village #54904 "New Hope Church ." It is in very good displayed condition. It stands approx. 9 inches high x 8 inches long x 8 inches wide. I have found no chips or cracks. The light cord is included. The faux stained glass windows are the highlight of this piece. It will stand out in your display. It was purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. The sleeve does has some light wear on the edges from age and storage.
