Department 56 Original Snow Village "Toy Town Toys" Animated. Overall in good used condition, comes with all original packaging and parts and accessories. The Christmas tree in the window is animated & spins around.

There is some minor damage / cracking on this item that I have repaired for display purposes:

- The “Toy Shop” sign had broken and was re-glued. As a result of the break there is a small visible crack on both signs of the sign (shown in photos) it does not majorly affect display ability.

- As is common with this model, the peg that held the “Toy Shop” sign to the side of the building snapped off inside of the building. To maintain the look of the set, I glued the sign into place on the side of the building so it is permanently attached. I modified the inside of the styrofoam packaging to accommodate the sign being permanently attached.

The item is priced accordingly with these repairs in mind.
