For sale we have theDepartment 56, CRAFTSMAN COTTAGE, Original Snow Village, #54372, American Architecture Series,retired. The box and the styrofoam is not perfect but only show signs of storing and appear to be well taken care of and great for vintage. Two chips where the paint has come off in the snow - see pictures. Otherwise, thevillage piece is in very good condition with no chips or cracks (other than where the light goes - around the hole - see in pictures). Overall measurements of the piece are approximately 6-3/4" tall x 9-5/8" wide x 8" deep. You will receive the piece, styrofoam packing, light cord with bulb, card, and surrounding cardboard box/wrap. Please see allpictures. We acquired quite a few of these from a recent estate sale and will be listing others so check those out.
