Up for sale is a De Oppresso Liber Military Pin. This pin along with a bunch of others that I\'m currently putting up for sale was found in a drawer and belonged to a family member who is no longer with us; so for all intents and purposes, this listing is part of an ongoing online estate sale of sorts.This pin measures approximately 1 & 1/8\" wide by 1 & 3/16\" tall and has two sharp pins along with a pair of matching silver fastening buttons for the back. I can\'t say for sure if the buttons are original to it, but I did make an effort to try and find the ones that were the best (or at least close to) fit for the length of the fastening pin itself. Furthermore, I don\'t know the exact history behind this pin... meaning how old it is, when it was originally acquired, where it was made, and/or to what extent it was actually used, etc.
The pin may exhibit some minor signs of wear on it brought on by overall age and general storage, but at first glance it looks relatively new and still has quite a bit of luster on it. The same goes for the fastening button on the back as well. Either way, I\'m pricing this item to move, so please be sure to get in on this deal while it still lasts, for my loss is your gain as they say in the trade.
