This cottage is in excellent condition for it\'s age. It measures 3.-3/4\" high x 3.5\" long x 2-7/8\" wide.
All of David Winters cottages are made from a refined gypsum plaster and are hand painted.
These various cottages represent the English era from the Tudors to the Victorian periods.
Each sculpture has a tiny mouse hidden somewhere in each piece.
David Winter, an English sculptor, was active from 1979 to 2010.
Actual production of the cottages ceased in 2003.
