Water spotting.

This is a low grade item. It will be complete and readable, but will show significant wear. Allowed defects for this grade include: spine roll, a moderate amount of staining or water damage, writing or other marks on the cover, up to one inch spine splits or other tears, a cover or centerfold that is detached at one staple, discoloration due to oxidation, and a minor piece or pieces missing. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor/moderate defects or one or two major defects.

Description

Cover pencils by Rich Buckler, inks by Frank Giacoia. Origin and first appearance of the new Bullseye in Watch Out For Bullseye--He Never Misses!, script by Marv Wolfman, pencils by Bob Brown (breakdowns) and Klaus Janson (finished art), inks by Klaus Janson; Matt finds out about a tenement slum owned by Glenn Industries; Bullseye kills with a ball point pen; DD gets the skinny on Bullseye from a Bugle reporter; When DD chases down Bullseye, he ends up in a circus ring where he is about to have a very public fight for his life. (See Nick Fury Agent of SHIELD (1968 1st Series) #15 for the first Bullseye.) The letters page contains Marvel Value Stamp series B #47 (Thor by Jack Kirby). 32 pgs. Cover price $0.25.
