This is in Excellent Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Crazing. Very Nice David Winter Cottage. Hand crafted and hand painted in Britain in 1993, this features the 'Plum Cottage.' This is a sculpture of a small cottage in pink and dark wood with various plants around the house and a small white picket fence. This comes with the original box, a certificate of authenticity, a picture of the item with the title, and green felt on the base for protection. The base has the original sticker and the back of the piece is etch-signed and dated.

The cottage measures 5" High x 4 3/8" Wide at the base and the original box measures 6" High x 8 3/8" Wide rim to rim. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this cottage.
