DESCRIPTION:There\'s a few very minor, slight nicks to one of the four extreme margins of the edge of the rosewood bud vase. Otherwise, it\'s still in well-preserved overall vintage condition. It\'s also missing the original interior clear glass tube, designed to hold water for the bud or flower inserted into it. The test tube like glass tube was intended to also protect the tropical rosewood from moisture and spillage. Great Minimalist form and terrific color make this not your average mid-20th century vintage bud vase but an exceptional rosewood Modernist bud vase with a brushed interior aluminum sleeve window. It remains as it was found in the estate where it was first encountered, untouched and undisturbed. What\'s on your dining table or credenza reminding you that spring and all the promise it perpetually holds?
