In picture number one there is some glare from the sun bouncing of the natural nacre of the shell...(there is no cracking or imperfections in the shell at all) In picture number three there is what appears to be a crack...that is a stray hair that was on the camera lens..this shell is GEM. As beautiful as it was 57 years ago when this was collected.
