If graded, I\'d say this book is a 6.5/7.0 or better (would have been closer to a 7.5+ if not for the tears on spine issue). Front cover has a few small spine ticks, stress marks (creasing/wear on spine), slightly blunted corners, there are 3 tears along/on the spine between staples. The two outer tears expose the spine/inside pages- see pics). Front cover also has a micro tear along bottom edge, some areas of denting, a few scuff marks, some wear around edges + areas of light creasing and folding. Back cover has two small/micro chips along bottom edge, the tears on spine issue, discoloration/slight foxing, areas of scuffing, light staining + red staining on back cover/inside of back cover, small dent/dent line in bottom right hand corner, and some areas of very light creasing and folding. Inside pages are complete/attached with some pages having perforation tears, scuffing, some folding in corners + some pages have circular ink marks (printing defect?) - see pics.
