Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage tearing around the Staples discoloration a chunk out of the cover and another piece about to come off foxing at the edges which has caused half inch spine split at the top and bottom it is a bit dirty dingy Dusty or perhaps a tiny bit musty and other defects. I would call it around a 3.0 gd/vg out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
