Rare golden age pre-code crime book. Only 19 graded copies in the CGC census. Nearly 70 year old book.Not a pro-grader, see below / pics for condition.

Book is complete, no cutouts, no tape, no resto detected... Front cover: nip out of upper right corner, small pencil marks in the "M", light folds, 1/4" tear at top left, 1/2" tear lower left, edge wear, edge creases... Spine: 1/4" split at top, otherwise intact. Cover attached. Back: age-related darkening, some light staining, dust shadow... Interior: pages tight at staples, staples have light rust - not seeing transfer.... some darkening consistent with age.

Overall - nice copy, typical age-related wear... Structurally sound, presents well.
