A bottle is about 3 5/8\" by 1.5\". It is made of green glass. It is inserted in to a cannon shaped plastic stand. The bottle is sealed. A paper seal says \"Bureau of ATF.\" I assume it is a customs seal. There is still liquid inside. However, this liquid is not for consumption. I don\'t want to break a seal in order to empty the bottle, mostly because I don\'t know much about the collectible decanters, and I don\'t want to do something that would decrease its value. But I strongly advise a new owner to not consume the liquid inside, since it is a vintage bottle, and the liquid may be harmful.
