The E&HT Anthony company was a prominent American photography firm based in New York City during the mid-19th century. The company was well-known for producing stereoscopic views, which were popular at the time for their ability to create the illusion of three-dimensional depth. Stereoview no.348, titled \"Beauties of the Hudson River,\" was a stereoscopic photograph produced by E&HT Anthony in the 1860s. The photograph features a scenic view of Cornwall, New York, a small town located on the banks of the Hudson River. At the time the photograph was taken, Cornwall was a popular destination for tourists and travelers due to its picturesque natural scenery and proximity to the Hudson River. The town was also home to several prominent estates and landmarks, including the Cornwall Iron Furnace and the Cornwall Cemetery. Today, the E&HT Anthony Stereoview no.348 is considered a valuable historical artifact and a rare glimpse into the beauty of the Hudson River Valley during the mid-19th century.
