Complete set of 51 vintage miniature state/DC license plates in plastic sleeve pages in a ring binder. They measure 4 inches by about2 inches. They are not metal - the surface is glittery and has a fine sandpaper type feel. This is only set of this material that I have seen.
Questions will be answered asap. They come from a smoke-free/pet-free home.
