Up for sale today is this Colorado State Highway 135 sign. Made to the exact standards as used from 1969 to 2023 along this historic highway. (The very newest CDOT issue has a smaller flag and larger number, though this design has yet to be rolled out across much of the state. As of April 2024, the design you see here is still the most common design seen on the roads of Colorado.)

An original of these is most likely to be found in active service along State Highway 135. The authorities know where they are supposed to be—on their posts, not in the trunk of your car. So here\'s your chance to get your hands on a fantastic display piece...without chancing legal trouble.

The sign is 16 by 16 inches, and weighs 6 lb. 8 oz.

This is a high quality, heavy steel sign. Accept no imitations that may be one-third this price, but are one-tenth the quality.
