This mark (on the back) includes 4 CW XX within an oval.Likely from the 1950s as itdoes not include \'Williamsburg Restoration\' in the oval.
This is quality reproduction or adaptation made in Virginia from a well known and respected brand.Measures almost 5 inches long, 2 inches wide at the widest part at the back, and 3 1/2 inches tall to the tallest part of the handle. Sturdy and solid craftsmanship.
This flat iron weighs 3 pounds and 11 ounces. Material is iron.This iron has areas of black paint missing. Some rust. A little bit of white transfer paint in places. See photos.
