This is a 100% genuine signature of WWII Medal of Honor recipient Col. William R. Lawley, USAF (1920-1999). Lawley served as a B-17 pilot with the 364th BS, 305th BG during WWII. He was awarded the MOH for his actions on 20 FEB 1944 during a bombing mission. His other awards include the Legion of Merit, Purple Heart, and 2 Air Medals
