Discoloration, album dents, small corner bumps, unposted with writing on back, from a smoke-free home. Pleaselook at scans and use the magnifier, as they are part of thedescription.
Subject: Boy wearing green 1900s style police uniform and hat to honor Irish-American policemen. The title to his left states "One of the Finest."
