Was born July 23, 1813 in Portsmouth New Hampshire Son of Daniel Webster Us Politician, He died in the Civil war on Aug 30 1862 at the age of 49.Killed in the 2nd battle of bull Run in Prince William Co Virginia.Fletcher Webster has a Monument at Manassas National Battlefield ParkSignificant piece of history here.Box measures about 13.5" tall by 15.5" long. It contains the original 1800's 12 liquor bottle's, some still containing labels. The bottles are blown glass in a greenish brown color ( see photos) Each bottle measures about 10" tall by 3" sq. All are in great condition. Box is solid with a few blemishes upper lock mechanism is missing.( see photos.Also a copy of the Secretary's Annual Circular Jan 1915 is included as well as an old postcard
