Christofle Selection Mod Canister Porcelain Jar lidded bright florals 6.5 inches tall
Very pretty lidded porcelain jar for dresser top or kitchen or just to brighten your decor.
This jar belonged to a neighbor, who kept cotton balls in it. I do not know the history, except that she had many nice things, and the price tag on the bottom, though faded, seems to be in the handwriting of a European.
Jar stands 5.75 inches tall without lid, 6.5 inches tall with lid, and is 3.5 inches in diameter at the base and 2.625 inches in diameter at the rim.
There are no chips or cracks. There are a couple of imperfections in the glaze, as shown in last photo.
