This is a hand painted collectible Dickens Village Series set consisting of a thatched cottage, Lomas Ltd. Molasses, with light, number 58084, along with the Village Street Peddlers Characters Accessory set, number 58041in mint condition, both with original box and foam fromDepartment 56.

The house is dated 1993, retired in 1996. These pieces are in mint condition, and look like they have never been used.

The Molasses Cottage has a brown brick base with a thatched roof with snow drifts and 2 white brick chimneys, all decorated for Christmas. It also has a Dept 56 pamphlet and of course the light and cord. When it is lighted, the warm glow adds to the inviting scene.

The 2 Village Peddlers are carrying their wares around on the street hoping to sell them to someone for Christmas.

These all have a very detailed, beautifully painted, and is a very historic design. You will love them as stand alone pieces, your first acquisitions, or the newest beautiful addition to your Dickensian village.

This cottage is a retired piece from 1993, and both come with the original box and foam for storage. This can be mixed with other Christmas Village collections.Make sure you check our store for more pieces that you can mix and match.
