classic Ru ware teacup, hand painted. Monkeys and monk bathing in a river.The calligraphy is a pun - literally it says \"slippery soap scraping a man\", the pronunciation actually means \"the fate messes with people\". True Ru ware is hard to achieve. One of its characteristicsis that there are crackles underneath the glaze and as you drink tea with it, golden tea lines will form. There is one line in this cup as I used it for a few times; pease see the last picture as an example of a Ru ware teacup\'s tea lines after a month of use. weight: 157 gvolume: 110 mlA215
