William Mills Wrigley Jr. [1861 1932] was an American chewing gum industrialist and founder of the Wrigley Company in 1891. In 1916 he purchased a majority stake in the Chicago Cubs baseball team. In 1921, now the majority owner he renamed the Cubs ballpark in his name, Wrigley Field. Listed for sale is the rare autograph of William Wrigley Jr. signed on a card. The autograph is signed \'\'Wm Wrigley Jr\'\' in blue fountain pen. The card is stamped dated Jan 12 1932, measures 3.50 x 2.25 inches and is affixed by corner tabs to a larger card. The card has trivial toning/soiling otherwise it is in fine condition. The autograph of William Wrigley Jr. is quite rare to obtain, the autograph is authentic and will be a desirable addition to any baseball collection.
