These were printed and given away for free for cerebral palsy awareness as well as for the military in 1970 as a result they are very hard to come by since they were not part of the main series. Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage and other defects. I would call it around a 4.0 vg out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
