This plate is preowned and NOT in brand new condition. There are flaws with the plate. Some of these flaws will be detailed further down in the description. There is no original paperwork or packaging available for this plate.
This plate features Snoopy lying on top of the Liberty Bell surrounded by a total of nine stars on three sides. On the back and attached to the plate is a loop to allow the plate to be placed on the wall. According to the manufacturer, this plate is only suitable for decorative purposes and is not to be used for food consumption (please see attached photo #14 for a visual of this information).
Measurement: (This measurement is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. The measurement was taken with a tape measure and is being provided to give an idea as to the overall size of the plate.)
When the plate was measured, the measurement came out to approximately 7.5\"
Condition of the plate: (Also please see the attached photos for visuals of the plate\'s condition.)
There is visible scratching, scuffing, and staining/discoloration on various areas throughout the plate.
There is visible staining/discoloration on the underside non-glazed portion of the plate (please see the following attached photos for visuals of these flaws: #2, #3, #4, #5, #15 & #16).
The loop on the back of the plate has rusting/oxidation from time and air exposure (please see attached photos #15 & #16 for visuals of this flaw).
Do to the wear and tear and scratching damage, some of the color has been scratched off on both sides of the plate. This is especially visible with the wording on the underside of the plate.
The colors, while still vibrant, have faded with time and display. The \"Made in Japan\" sticker on the underside of the plate has wear and tear damage and staining/discoloration. However, this label is still attached to the plate.
There were no cracks or breakage noticed.
Even with the above mentioned flaws, this plate commemorates an event in history with the adorable character or Snoopy. This plate would be a great addition to any Snoopy, Peanuts, or history memorabilia collectors.
