Anna de Belocca (née de Bellokh) (4 janvier 1854 - inconnue) était une contralto d'opéra née en Russie.
Elle est née à Saint-Pétersbourg, où son père était conseiller d'Etat impérial russe. Après des études à Saint-Pétersbourg avec Henriette Nissen-Saloman et à Paris avec Nicolas Lablache et Maurice Strakosch, elle fait ses débuts à Paris au Théâtre Italien sous le nom de Rosina The Barbier de Séville. Elle est également apparue dans le rôle-titre de La Cenerentola et comme Arsace dans Semiramide. Elle est apparue dans diverses villes en Europe, y compris à Londres, où elle a fait ses débuts avec la compagnie de Mapleson. Elle est ensuite devenue membre de la Strakosch Opera Company avec qui elle a fait ses débuts américains le 17 avril 1876 en tant que Rosina à l'Académie de musique de New York. Elle a également participé à des concerts à Boston, Chicago, Philadelphie et San Francisco. Avec la compagnie Mapleson, elle a continué à chanter des rôles de premier plan à New York et à Philadelphie au cours des années 1880.

She was born in St.Petersburg, where her father was an Imperial Russian Councilor of State. After studying in St. Petersburg with Henriette Nissen-Saloman and in Paris with Nicolas Lablache and Maurice Strakosch, she made her stage debut in Paris at the Théâtre Italien as Rosina The Barber of Seville. She also appeared there in the title role of La Cenerentola and as Arsace in Semiramide. She appeared in various cities in Europe, including London, where she made her debut with Mapleson's company. She then became a member of the Strakosch Opera Company with whom she made her American debut on 17 April 1876 as Rosina at New York's Academy of Music. She also appeared in concerts in Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia and San Francisco. With the Mapleson company, she continued to sing leading roles in New York and Philadelphia through the 1880s.
