These are extremely rare Vintage CIA Cufflinks. I believe from my research they date from the 1970\'s. I did find a CIA Challenge coin which dated to the 1990\'s but the seal inside was not a perfect match. I believe these cuffliinks were given to very special honories and distinguished visitors. The CIA has a musuem which opened in 1988 but is closed to the public, so while many other governement buildings offer the public tours, you must be a requested vistor in order to enter the building. I find no hiistorical account of their gifts to visitors. They do sell an enamel cufflink with their seal on top, it\'s very plentiful but not the quality of these. If you have a keen interest or know someone who does, these would be a very impressive gift. It would be impossible to replace these cufflinks so guard them closely, you may never have an opportunnity to get another pair. Just about any man would enjoy having these in their collection. They are by nature an organiization which is very secretive and aloof. Few visitors are ever allowed into the building so unlike presidential cufflinks you will have to find soemone who has another pair and hope they sell them to you. I hope you enjoy shoowing these off as much as I have.
