CASE XX USA with dots - dots are mostly hidden by the bolster. This is an early 70\'s knife - 1971 or 1972.

“Canoe”, pattern #62131. 3-1/2” closed.

Brass liners and pins, pinned oval Case shield

The blade steel is CV (carbon) steel.

This is the older style Canoe with heavy blade stock and asingle backspring.

The blades each have strong snap and no wobble.

Handles are nice chestnut red bovine bone.

The handles have minor pocket wear, no cracks or damage.

Carried and used and sharpened - each blade has an even dark patina.

The spear blade is full.

A previous owner reshaped the pen blade - appears more like a sheepfoot blade - see photos.

A great knife to clean up for everyday carry and use!
