This is a vintage Case 6235 1/2 SS “Swell-End Jack”pattern pocket knife.
The tang stamp is CASE XX SS USA 8 dot 1982 “lightning S”. The knife is 3-3/8” closed with brass liners and pins. The blade steel is Tru-Sharp (stainless) steel. Both blades have strong snap with half stops. Each blade is tight with no side-to-side wobble. The handles are Delrin with no cracks. Handles have slight fading. Used and carried - lightly sharpened. The backsprings have patina. Blades have very light scratches. Handling rubs to thebolsters/frame. Great everyday carry knife!
