This framed art of the Care Bears Original Handpainted Animation Cel has Hugs, Tugs and Braveheart Lion in it. It is from the “Care Bears” TV production in 1986. The certificate is c 1988.The condition of this picture is near mint. We had the cel framed by Michaels’ and as you can see from the pictures that the brown paper on the back has some tears in it. However we have kept the certification paperwork with the cel on the back of the frame in a Ziplock bag. The frame measures 18” wide x 16” tall x 1 1/4” deep.
