Original circa 1920\'s or so snapshot photo. The photo was penciled \"1920\" on the back just as we found it. But, we do not know if that is the exact correct date. The photo shows a child wearing a heavy coat standing on a porch with various toys on the steps. The toys include a large steel construction toy digger, a boxed train, a composition santa, a wood wagon with blocks, a \"Lincoln Log\" boxed set, & a \"Big Story Book\" children\'s book. The photo measures 4 1/2 inches by 2 11/16 inches. There is minute wear around the edges & there is slight toning from age. The photo was probably, at one time, in an album.
There is something somewhat sticky to the touch remaining on the back surface of the photo. We did a little test with our finger tips to try to rub some of it off. We were able to rub some of it off with no negative effect to the surface. But, we have decided to leave the rest of the residue as found & the attempt at removal or non-removal of the balance of the residue option up to the buyer.Please examine the photos closely & purchase based on your own judgement as to condition & value.
