PAYMENT
I appreciate speedy payment as it helps me organise my post office trips, but in any event please pay within 3 days of winning an item. If you are combining bulky items please ask in advance as sometimes two dispatches may be needed to meet post office size requirements. Savings within UK will be greater than those to other destinations as the weight bands are greater – if you’d like a quote please contact me before offerding/buying. All photos, books, CDs, DVDs etc. will be dispatched in hard-backed or padded envelopes. Larger items and sensitive or bulky items will be sent in a box with bubble wrap etc. For the most part I buy sturdy boxes specifically for this purpose. These usually cost me 50p-£1 each, depending on size, and that cost is included in the P&P price. Occasionally it may be cheaper to dispatch items in multiple packages and I’ll do this where this saves you money. Items within UK will generally be sent at the cheapest rate (2nd class) wherever possible to save you money. However, please contact me if you have specific postal requirements or require the item urgently. All items must be dispatched to your registered address - sorry, no exceptions. Some letters/parcels to destinations outside UK – even to Europe - can take several weeks in some cases. You should get in touch with me if your parcel has taken longer than this. QUALITY I try to describe items accurately but occasionally mistakes do happen and I miss things, especially with clothing.Colours may differ slightly due to photography and scanning. However, if you find something is not as it should be on receipt, please contact me and I will attempt to rectify it.
