If there is a issue with a item arriving damaged or any other issues the buyer has 5 business days after the item is deliver to contact me. If you do not contact me within 5 business days I will assume any damage is the responsibility of the buyer and no refund or returns will be processed. Any video games listed are from a large collection purchased from an individual. May show signs of being played but should function as intended if for some reason you have any issues please contact me in case we over looked something as we have had a lot of games to go through and list.

Any cosmetic, health and beauty aid items are NOS unless otherwise stated. Other items maybe be NOS as well, a lot of it will be store liquidations and returns. I am not Wal-Mart, Ulta, Sephora, or any other retailer these items may not be in the same condition you would find in the shelf it is the buyers responsibility to look at the pictures of the items. I will not accept returns or send refunds on any items because the buyer does not realize this. NOS means New Old Stock. Many of these items are store liquidations and may show shelf wear, packaging damage, need cleaning, or have other imperfections in the packaging, etc.. These items are not “used” and the contents inside should be unharmed. Some items may need the packing wiped down prior to resale. I am listing these items in the condition I received them in. I will not issue refunds or accept returns for buyers that do not read this prior to buying these items, buyer saying packing looks “dirty”, etc.. I normally do not ship out of country. Shipping prices have increased and it is not feasible to provide shipping outside of the United States. If you live outside of the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories) please contact me regarding shipping. Items shipped to US territories outside of the continental US may be subject to increased shipping costs or the order may be cancelled if arrangements cannot be made with the buyer. I AM NOT responsible for shipping delays. Sometimes items reach their destinations after the estimated delivery date. I have no control over this and if this does happen and there is not a tracking update after 10 days from the last scan then a claim can then be opened up with the delivery service. I will not give any refunds for items that are still showing they are in transit when the tracking number for the package is checked regardless of the initial estimated delivery date. Most items I ship are send via the US postal service, I also use UPS for large, heavy, or bulky items. If you want another shipping service you must message me prior to payment and buyer will assume any adjustments in shipping.
