This is a custom made Butchers Kit- it was owned by Jack Harker of Harker Meats in LeMars Iowa - it is about 50 yrs old - not all items appear to have even been used / this is a very rare item- and most likely since it was custom made contains things specifically for Mr Harker- there is wear on the leather straps and the ones used to hold the sausage rings have come off on one strap each- there is a can opener- a pair of scissors (poultry & meat sheers) - needles and pins - a sharpening blade - metal tips and stencils/piping and very sharp blades in all the knives - Made in Solingen Germany - This is rich in history not only for LeMars Iowa but Germany also -Providence available - this kit comes to you in a large hard case - a truly unique gift for yourself or someone else- see the pics for complete content and condition and don’t hesitate to ask questions - Thank You in advance for your consideration !
