Featured is a 1930 postcard (dated from # at bottom border of PC) depicting a fabulous image of Trucks, including one delivery truck w/ the driver pretty nattily dressed, being ferried across the river in the vicinity of the Swing Bridge at Oakdale, Tennessee. The ferryman is standing on the riverbank. It is from Curt Teich's "C T Blue Sky" Series. A Rare PC. There have been no documented sales of this card across the past dozen or so years.* This postcard is in pristine, essentially "new" Mint condition. It is direct from the Curt Teich Archives Collection. The card has been in our possession for approximately 15+ years ... long before the Curteich digitally archived images found their permanent home with The Newberry Institute. At the time of our acquisition, the Lake County Discovery Museum in IL was the custodian of the company's records, having served in that capacity since 1982.

As to our "standard operating procedures": Our normal shipping & handling time is three (3) days. We ship weekdays with the exception of US federal holidays. We will ship with either free shipping or calculated shipping ... it depends on the given scenario. Often, calculated shipping will include insurance - again, depending on the item. Payment is expected at time of purchase or close of sale, whichever is applicable. This also applies to "best offer accepted" transactions. Non-paying purchasers or buyers will be blocked from future transactions. The same goes for winning buyers seeking to have sales cancelled. That said, prior to the end of any sales, offers can be cancelled through the HELP section of .
