Circa 1909 posted with a nice Franklin 1 cent green stamp in Kingston NY
Type divided back
Condition Shows age related wear, edge and corner wear, large crease on one corner, other corner broke off and the piece is included if the buyer wants to repair, some slight postmarks on the front, so fair for its age
