This sale is for the original artwork by Jack Higgins for his Chicago Sun-Times editorial cartoon dated 2000. The artwork deals with Presidential candidate Al Gore contesting the election results in Florida which led to the Bush v Gore Supreme Court decision. The artwork measures approx. 11-1/2\" x 14-1/2\". This is the original artwork that Jack Higgins created. The artwork is in good condition - the artist\'s work shows, with some corrections as the piece was crafted - there is some light dirt on it - there is an editor\'s note on the top margin - on the bottom margin there is a small scribble - on the back there is part of a preliminary sketch for another cartoon and has some ink transfer from art that was stored under it. A NICE, ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECE OF EDITORIAL ARTWORK THAT WOULD LOOK GREAT FRAMED! When packed, this will ship at the 2 pound rate - check the postage calculator.
