We\'ve had this pitcher since 1980, when we travelled to the U.K. for the first time. Really don\'t know much about it, and couldn\'t find much on the internet, either. There are a few Burleigh pitchers on , but nothing remotely similar.
What I HAVE found, though, is an approximate manufacture date of \"around 1930\". All this is immaterial - what IS important is the quality of the piece and the rarity of the subject: Picture #1 above shows two men (one in the stocks and the other peering through). Also, a lady in the background. Picture #3 shows two men carrying a sedan chair Picture #5 shows the interior Pictures #6 and 7 show the bottom, the logos and a number
Colors are crystal clear and vibrant. All characters are in relief form - ready to jump out at you!!!
Truly sorry I know nothing more, other than it\'s a great piece of art pottery in great condition. Looks like it\'s brand-new!!
Dimensions: Height is about 9\" Depth is about 8\" Diameter (excluding handle and spout) is about 5\"
