Grade VG- 3.5 Year 1951 Publisher Quality

This is a low grade item. It will be complete and readable, but will show significant wear. Allowed defects for this grade include: spine roll, a moderate amount of staining or water damage, writing or other marks on the cover, up to one inch spine splits or other tears, a cover or centerfold that is detached at one staple, discoloration due to oxidation, and a minor piece or pieces missing. An item could be assigned this grade due to either an accumulation of minor/moderate defects or one or two major defects.

Stories by unknown. Art by Sid Greene, Chuck Winter and unknown. Eric Falcon travels to Orollo to capture Swith the Pirate Admiral in an untitled story! Plus: An ex-pirate Captain tries to re-create himself as a gentleman and win the hand of a lady in "The Spanish Main" starring Roderick Rowe (a.k.a. Captain Slash), Master Maxon and Kate Maxon. Also: Archibald Corvis fakes papers from the King and makes himself governor of Illyria, imprisoning the true governor and Captain Daring in an untitled story also starring Lady Dolores Drayton, Patch, Captain Slye, Lucinda and Sir Mark Drayton. And: Thomas Jefferson, president of the United States, comes to Adam Peril to ask for his help in New Orleans in an untitled story! Plus: Black Roger in an untitled story! Also: Captain Daring in 2-page text story "Dead Man's Steel"! 48 pages, full color.
