Brown Knife Slip Veg Tan Leather Small Congress Hand Stitchted:

This is the perfect knife slip for your bone handle Sod Buster Jr, Mini Copperlock, Medium Stockman, Mini Trapper or similar sized folding knife.

This is a genuine vegetable tanned leather knife slip made by hand by me personally. It measures approximately 1.75 in. x 3.75 in. and is made of 4-5 oz leather. The stitching is done by hand with white 0.8 Ritza Tiger thread for durability. The edges of the knife slip are beveled and slicked with beeswax from my own honey bees.

This knife slip is finished with a light coat of Fiebing\'s Neatsfoot oil, then Light Brown Angelus dye. Finally, a coat of Fiebing\'s Tan Kote adds gloss and prevents dye bleeding onto other surfaces. Can be oiled and recoated if/when the Tan Kote wears off.

The size of this slip fits a Small Congress or similar folding knife abt. 3.1 in. in length. The mini Trapper pictured above is for size reference only. This slip is not intended for a Mini Trapper which is a little longer than the Small Congress.

The knife can be released with slight pressure to the edges which will cause it to fall right out into your hand. Otherwise, the knife will stay in and be protected should it fall out of a pocket or be dropped. It will become easier to remove over time as the suede side of the leather inside the slip becomes slick.

NOTE: There is NO knife included. The knife is there for size reference. It is a Mini Trapper.
