The first release in the 2023 Collection is Canción, a Paso Fino stallion.

The Paso Fino is a breed that is prized for its unique natural gait that is cited by enthusiasts as one of the most comfortable rides in the world.Paso Finos are fairly small but powerful horses, usually standing between 13 and 15.2 hands high, and can be any color.The Paso Fino’s gait can be performed at three speeds – the Classic Fino, the Paso Corto, and the Paso Largo. In addition to their natural gait, they can also perform the walk, trot, canter, and gallop.

Canción’s name is, fittingly, Spanish for “song.” Jennifer Scott of Aspen Leaf Studios is the creative force behind this model’s creation. As a lifelong artist and horsewoman, she has always been inspired by the equine world. Jennifer created Canción as a picturesque Paso Fino stallion – his attentive gaze is accentuated by a large, cresty neck and a billowing mane and tail. She also designed his bright chestnut coat, which brings out every tiny detail of this stunning sculpture.

As you may remember, when you joined the club, you selected a glossy finish for the Canción model! If you didn’t make a selection, you will receive the matte finish. Either way, you are sure to love this handsome guy!

Each Premier Collection exclusive model is a hand-painted work of art, and no two are ever precisely the same.
