Antique Emerson fan with serial number N03421 dates to about 1929-30. Features 6 brass Bullwinkle blades and handle over tag. The fan works well; all 3 speeds and oscillator mechanism all work well, and it is quiet. The cord from base to wall has been replaced but is extremely brittle and disintegrating and needs to be replaced again. Otherwise,  the fan is in pretty decent shape cosmetically. Looks like blades were polyurethaned at some point, and it is starting separate at rivets. Since cord needs replaced or you will electrocute yourself; buying as is for project.
