Item is new, never displayed. It was purchased and stored. No box but comes in its original styrofoam packaging which has a little bit of damage due to storage. There is a number stamped on the styrofoam that reads 00752.We tested the wind-up key and it works. According to the music box attached, it plays \"The Wind Beneath My Wings\"This plate is the second issue in the \"Remembering England\'s Rose\" collection of musical plates by Collin Bogle and in an edition strictly limited to a maximum of 95 firing days.
