Since these are items found in other people's houses we don't know if the homes are pet- or smoke-friendly but do our best to ensure that everything is of the highest quality and odor free. Unless noted otherwise, items are in used condition and may contain signs of age or wear. We will attempt to photograph the more noticeable issues and note them in the listing, however, we will likely miss the smaller issues or signs of where. Unless otherwise specified, all items are sold AS-IS, no refunds or exchanges! Please ask any questions you may have before purchasing. What you see is EXACTLY what you get, nothing more, nothing less. Any testing that has been done will be listed in the description.

Shipping Terms:
All freight shipments will be noted in the shipping information or description as “freight shipment.” If your PayPal confirmed shipping address is not a commercial address with a loading dock, then your item will be shipped to your local freight terminal where it will be held for pick up. Sometimes we are able to ship to residential addresses for an additional fee.
International shipping is offered on most items ’s Global Shipping Program. This means that your package will be routed to an site in Kentucky and then will forward it to you. On all other platforms, international shipping may be available upon request.
In case of returns, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping or freight carriers. We do insure all packages and will assist in filing a claim due to carrier damage.

Returns:
When accepted, returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Items must be returned in the same condition it was sold. All components and accessories included in the original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipments. Extra charges may apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms. If your item includes free shipping and you decide to return it for any reason, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
