Description: This beautiful rare 19th century French cotton hand embroidered floral valance has a thin semi sheer white background fabric, with delicate scrolls and flowers, embroidered in a very fine crewel like technique in a scalloped edge finishing the lower part of the valance. Beautifully and finely embroidered early French cotton textile! See photos for reference. Measurement: 27 inches in width by 72 inches in see photos for reference.
